The Residential Property Management Division manages both the financial and administrative affairs of residential Complexes and Estates in addition to providing advisory work on Sectional Title and Home Owner Association matters.

We pride ourselves in providing our Body Corporate’s with a high level of personal service, skilled financial management and governance, and sound administration. This team is lead by a Portfolio Manager.

Our qualified Sectional Title Portfolio Managers are all registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) and backed by acknowledged experts in this field. We are also a proud member of the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA) and strictly adhere to their Code of Conduct.

Renprop Management operates an individual Trust Account in the name and account of each Body Corporate. We do not believe in nor manage a global Trust Account for all Body Corporates to share.

We produce a Full Statement of Accounts each month and a Financial Pack for each Body Corporate within two weeks of month end. We are subject to full scrutiny by the FSB and EAAB. And are also accredited with NAMA and SAPOA.

Our services include but are not limited to;

  • Levy Collections and Arrears – registered Debt Collector
  • Payments of all Creditors and Utilities against strict protocols
  • Management of Trust and Investment Accounts with embedded governance
  • Insurance facilitation through Brokerage
  • Detailed monthly Financial and Administrative reporting for Trustees/Directors
  • Detailed Annual Budgeting
  • Annual AGM co-ordination with full audit, budget and Trustee election
  • Participation in Trustee Meetings as agreed during the term
  • Advisory work on Sectional Title and HOA matters

We also retain skills and actively manage facilities under a separate but integrated Estate Management Division detailed in another section of the website.
