The Facilities Management Division manages and maintains Commercial Office Parks and Industrial Facilities in a good state of repair and healthenabling the retention of asset value.

We believe that the management of the Facility is a team effort.  With that in mind, our qualified Estate Managers are all registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) and backed by acknowledged experts in this field. We are also a proud member of the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA) and strictly adhere to their Code of Conduct.

Your skilled and experienced Renprop Facilities Manager is your contact with the external contractors and Renprop’s internal team that will guide you and your Body Corporate / HOA through the intricacies of daily Facilities Management.

Our services include but are not limited to; 

  • Weekly Site Visits and detailed reporting
  • Overseeing of the Garden and Cleaning Service
  • Overseeing of the Security Company and security arrangements
  • Overseeing appointed and preferred contractors from time to time
  • Ensuring adherence to the Facilities Rules by all residents
  • Making recommendations on repairs and maintenance that require long term financial planning and project management
  • The control and movement of vehicles, movable assets, domestic personnel and Estate Agents
